Chris is a Clinical Reflexologist and Complementary Therapist, holding a BSc (Hons) in Complementary Therapies. She offers calm, supportive treatments focused on balance, relaxation and holistic wellbeing.

Christine (Chris) Jackson brings many years of caring experience to her work, both in the UK and abroad. Her journey has included working as a nanny in San Francisco and Paris, before returning to Cumbria to gain a BA degree and support adults with learning disabilities. Alongside this, Chris has worked in customer care and raised her two daughters, experiences that have shaped her calm, compassionate approach.

Following her own health challenges, Chris was guided towards reflexology and complementary therapies — a path that allowed her to support others in a more holistic and nurturing way. Chris graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Complementary Therapies from the University of Cumbria in 2013. She is a member of Professional Reflexology (PR), the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), which is recognised by the NHS.

Specialising in Clinical Reflexology, Chris has continued to deepen her practice through further training in complementary therapies. She is particularly passionate about supporting those living with long-term and life-limiting conditions, including ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, MS, Motor Neurone Disease, and those undergoing cancer care, offering treatments that aim to support comfort, balance and wellbeing.

Alongside her clinical work, Chris also teaches the PR Professional Reflexology Diploma, guiding students with care and encouragement as they develop confidence and skill within their practice.
